RePoliol™ is our proprietary chemical foam reprocessing that transforms end-of-life foam back into its base polyol ingredient to create high-performance, new foam. It allows us to offer products with up to 50% recycled content without compromising comfort or durability.

Our mattresses combine ergonomic zoning, pressure relief foams, durable support systems, and cooling materials. Many of our foams are made using our proprietary circular foam innovation, RePoliol™, developed through decades of in-house material research.

Our mattresses are produced in our own manufacturing facilities in the US, Europe and Mexico, where we oversee foam production, material development, and final assembly. This allows us to maintain consistent quality across every product.
